We like to have a contract in place — it is the best way to do business. However, our contracts will never require that you continue to use our sleep study scoring service. If you ever wish to break service, just stop sending studies.
We do strongly prefer to have a standard Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place to protect us both in terms of HIPAA compliance.

As part of being our customer, we are happy to provide you with a reasonable amount of consultation and technical support at no charge. Our managers have a great deal of experience in the area of sleep disorders testing and management of sleep disorders centers. We are happy to share what we know.

Our owner has participated in over 50 AASM/ACHC/JCAHO site visits. Several of our customers are AASM accredited. We are ideally positioned to help your lab achieve and maintain accreditation.
Sleep Study Interpretation Facilitation
If you are looking for a boarded sleep physician to provide an interpretation, we can introduce you to an ABSM board-certified physician who is licensed in your state. We don't receive any financial consideration for this referral — we are merely trying to help our clients find the services they need.
Research Project Scoring
Since we can temporarily bring a large number of scorers online quickly, we are ideally suited to score for research projects. Whether you need a rapid ramp-up or a large volume scored on a deadline, we can accommodate your project.
